1. What is the burn time for Moonlight Lake Candles?

2. What are our candles and wax melts made with?

Wax- Our candles and wax melts are made from 100% natural soy. 

Wicks- We use various wick types depending on the wax and fragrance and jar size, but in most instances, they are all cotton wicks.

Fragrance oils- We use oils that are safe for use in candles and wax melts, and are pthalate free. Health and safety are our top concern and priority. 

 Shipping & Returns

1. Is free shipping offered?

Free shipping is offered for US customers on orders of $100 or more. 

2. How long does delivery take?

USPS Priority Mail usually delivers from coast to coast within 3-4 days.

USPS Ground Advantage usually delivers from coast to coast within 4-6 days.

All orders ship from Spotswood, New Jersey.

During peak holiday seasons such as Christmas, there may be shipping delays, but only as a result of carrier delays. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

3. What is my tracking number?

All orders typically ship within 48 hours, or two business days. If you did not receive an email after two business days, check your spam folder. 

4. Can I return  a candle?

We allow returns on any candle that has not been damaged, burned, or altered (such as surface scraping). We will supply a return shipping label upon request. Shipping costs are not refundable.

It is your responsibility to ensure the candle is packed safely and securely to prevent damage in return transit. Moonlight Lake Candle Company will not assume responsibility for damaged returns as a result of improper packing. When your return is received, please allow up to 72 hours for your return to be processed.
